Auto Commission by Employee Type:
Targeted Commission Assignments: We’ve refined our commission assignment process. Now, rather than automatically adding commissions at the associate level, commissions can be added by specific employee types, allowing for more flexibility and control.
Messenger Auto-Responses:
Enhanced Communication: Stay in touch with your contacts effortlessly. We’ve introduced text auto-responses in our messenger, ensuring you maintain engagement even when you’re away.
Product Enhancements
A More Insightful Billing Experience: Get a clearer picture of your invoicing history with the new Invoice Summary feature, added to the Usage & Billing section for your convenience.
Lead History Report Enhancements: We’ve added the ability to see the time spent on each disposition within the Lead History Report, offering deeper insights into your team’s efficiency.
Billing Section Improvements: Our billing payment section has been enhanced, providing a smoother and more intuitive user experience.
Account Commission Report Advanced Column: The Account Commission Report now includes an “Advanced” column to clearly indicate whether a commission was advanced, improving clarity and tracking.
