Key Features
2FA Feature Update
Now, as an administrator, you can set the preferred primary method of Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for your entire team, choosing between phone numbers and email addresses. This ensures that your company’s security preferences and convenience align perfectly. Furthermore, you have the authority to disable the method not in use, streamlining the 2FA process for your team. This upgrade underlines our commitment to provide you with a secure, flexible, and intuitive experience as you manage your team’s operations within OneLink.
Product Enhancements
- Meeting invites will now be conveniently integrated into your OneLink calendar. This will provide a centralized location for all your appointments, making it easier for you to manage your schedule and ensure you never miss a meeting.
- Actions can now be accessed by anyone with access to company setup.
- Added Expiration Date (from/to), Issue Date (from/to), and Associate Lookup to the License Report filter.
- Company documents being added in Company Setup now default to “Company Document”.
- “Top Calls” graph on the homepage can now be set to on/off separately from your assigned production graph.
- The Meeting Rooms List has been updated to be sortable by columns.
